Overall, we had a great stay, with excellent staff and a comfortable room despite the minor inconvenience. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff were excellent and the room fully met our expectations. One pleasant detail was the complimentary bottle of water at check-in, a small touch that was very pleasant.
