In some respects, it felt a bit like Fawlty Towers, yet it was still pretty good. We had safe parking, although it was expensive, along with good breakfast, good WiFi, a comfortable room, great toiletries, and a good shower. The young woman at reception was very good at her job, even with a control-freak boss who brought Basil Fawlty to mind.
